We have substantial knowledge of most major merger and acquisition areas, having worked on transactional acquisitions, and negotiated acquisitions and divestitures, and purchases or sales of businesses and business segments and major assets.
We are actively involved in the day-to-day representation of our regular corporate clients with all aspects of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, labor relations and general commercial agreements.
One of our members authored the Israel section of the international treatise entitled Mergers and Acquisitions in North America, Latin America, Asia and the Pacific – Selected Issues and Jurisdiction.
