One of the members of our firm authored the Israel section of the international treatise entitled Mergers and Acquisitions in North America, Latin America, Asia and the Pacific – Selected Issues and Jurisdictions. One of the members of our firm authored the Israel chapter of the international treatise entitled “International Secured Transactions” as well as the article “Capital Adequacy Requirements for Israeli Banks: the Impact of the Basel II Accord” which was published in the Law and Financial Markets Review.
