We represent clients in lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, wage and hour claims, claims for breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and compensation arrangements. We also advise clients on workplace issues, such as human resources policies and procedures, employee handbooks, executive compensation and incentive pay systems and collective bargaining agreements.
One of our partners has authored a definitive publication on recent developments of labor law in Israel and also authored the Israel chapter of the treatise “International Employment Law”.
