In addition, we often serve as liquidators, trustees in bankruptcy or trustees in arrangements with creditors. We have advised corporate officers and directors regarding their duties and obligations in connection with troubled company operations.
We have defended corporate executives against creditor claims seeking to assert personal liability against the debtor’s executives. We have extensive experience in workouts and reorganizations.
One of our members authored the Israel chapter of the international treatise entitled “Bankruptcy Law – Client Strategies in the Middle East and Africa”.
