    Chen is one of the firm’s founding partners.\u00a0 Mr. Livnat is an experienced litigator and also specializes in real estate transactions as well as international corporate and commercial matters.\u00a0 Mr. Livnat\u00a0 regularly advises clients on these matters.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Mr. Livnat heads the firm\u2019s litigation and real estate departments.\u00a0 He has successfully represented clients in litigation matters of all sizes and complexities and has proven himself, time and again, to be extremely capable of assertively representing his clients.\u00a0 He regularly handles real estate transactions from the sale\/purchase of individual units to development projects on behalf of contractors and developers.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Chen has acquired extensive legal and business experience assisting high-tech companies in all phases from incorporation through seed funding and eventually to exit arrangements.\u00a0 In addition, he is well versed in the area of bankruptcy and liquidation of companies and has been appointed as a liquidator with regard to various debtors.\u00a0 Finally, Mr. Livnat is an experienced arbitrator having won accolades for his roles in numerous arbitration matters.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Born in Tel-Aviv, Israel , Mr. Livnat received his LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1989. Prior to the founding of the Firm, Mr. Livnat was an associate\/advocate at Yigal Arnon & Co. from 1990 to 1998.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Chen is\u00a0 a member of the Israel Bar.
